Blue Forest SARL acts as a platform provider for transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not assume any responsibility for the products sold or purchased on the platform. Each transaction is made directly between the buyer and the seller, and disputes should be resolved by the involved parties.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of the items listed on the platform. Buyers and sellers must perform their due diligence before completing a transaction.
6. Payment and Fees
All payments made through our platform are processed by third-party payment providers. By using the platform, you agree to abide by their terms and conditions and assume any risks associated with the payment process. We reserve the right to charge transaction fees, which will be clearly communicated to you before completing a transaction.
7. Returns and Refunds
As a C2C platform, Mawimba is not directly involved in the delivery of products or the management of refunds and returns. Each seller may have their own return policy, and buyers should review it carefully before completing a purchase.
If a dispute arises between a buyer and a seller, both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue amicably. In case of unresolved disputes, please contact us for assistance. However, our role is limited to mediation, and we are not liable for any refunds or product exchanges.
8. Limitation of Liability
By using this platform, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the transactions and interactions on the website. Blue Forest SARL will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, act of God, accident, delay, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary damages or any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or lost savings, arising out of or in any way connected with any use of this site or the content provided herein.
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, free from errors, or secure from third-party interference.
9. Prohibited Activities
